I'm a very over-educated, certified to the hilt professional auto/truck/equipment mechanic who's been disabled for years now but still stay current with schools & training as I've been fascinated with this field since I was a kid. Even though I'm disabled and sold my shop I still do quite a bit of drivability/diagnostic work for shops that were customers of mine for years as well as build/update cars/trucks (restomods) and have a Fluke meter that I've had forever.I needed a meter for my house (I do the majority of the work I do out of a friend's garage but do some diagnostic work at home, saves me a 30 mile drive each way) and bought one, as well as this cable kit. I've been using it for work purposes and can't complain about it, it works well and I haven't found any issues with it to date. Hopefully it holds up & stays that way, we'll see.

You get a lot for your buck here. I needed the SMD test clips and needle test probe tips for SMD work. The set is worth those two things alone. Getting tweezers and alligator clips is a great bonus. The main probes work perfect in meter and in my DC power supply. The only complaint there are no wrench slots on the tips to tighten them down. I use small smooth surface pliers with no issue though, so I don't think its a big deal. I thought I would not like the way most of the accessories connected to the probes, but that makes it very easy to switch out. Especially when you''re using a bench meter or power supply. The quality is not the greatest, but it's pretty good. I can see these lasting a very long time for me, as I will only use them for electronics repair and circuit design testing in a controlled environment.

I'm happy with the assortment of tools in this package. I haven't used them all, but they all look to be of good quality and work perfectly in my Fluke meter.
