Loved the design and each set of 2 slots work independently.With other toasters you can only use the second set if the first is in use. This would weare it faster.With this toaster you can use whatever set you prefer.Very good quality and the removable trays help with the cleaning. Thank you for the recommendation.

Very good toaster

Bought to go with the matching Microwave, it's good looking and compact.As with many things from Amazon these days, it didn't come in an outer box, just the manufacturers box.The toaster had plastic and tape on it - the plastic was easy to remove, the tape was not, it was sticky and fibrous, and needed quite a bit of effort to remove, even with water on a cloth, it left a horrible patch on the front, which is disappointing.The bottom has a few different channels for the cable, which is good, especially in contrast to the matching kettle that only has one.I've only used it once so far, but it worked. I'll update in a few months as to longevity. It's got a hard task to compete with my old toaster that lasted 16 yearsDon't forget to register the warranty, info on the back of the instruction booklet

I bought this toaster with kettle looks amazing and elegant in black. Easy to clean. Only dislike is that it takes too long to toast timed it and it takes approximately 3-4 mins! I left it on number 4 nice and brown but the downfall only toasts 3/4 of bread and that's a medium sized bread so I figured out that if I put the bread in sideways it's getting brown all over which is brilliant! No more turning over!!

Looked good on paper, with wide slots and twin heat controllers but even on the hottest/longest setting it would not produce toast brown enough for my preference.And wide slots are great, but you need DEEP slots too for long bread!

Great toaster looks good and does the job

Gave it a 1 star review because looks good, that said it doesn't cook the toast properly even up at 6. It seems to dry out the bread making it crunchy as if it had been in an oven not a toaster. I bought this as I had a Russell Hobbs previously and only changed it because the filaments were starting to go but even though it was starting to go it was better than this one.
