Microsoft Surface Pro 7 12.3in Intel Core i5 10th Gen 8GB RAM 128GB SSD Platinum (Renewed)

Works excellently for my college classes, lightweight, powerful, only downside is the horrible battery life and passive cooling.

I had a surface before this one. I only replaced it because it was stuck in an endless update loop (other surface owners know how fun that is) so I had to replace it. This one has a different charging port which I am thankful for since the magnetic one was a pain. Runs well, was in good shape, was easy to set up and use, I love the touch screen, considering it was refurbished it looked brand new. The battery life is about what you expect on a tablet so there’s nothing to complain about. Overall, I love it.

The item arrived in acceptable condition, when I ordered and a paid for excellent. It turned on initially, and now it doesn’t want to work. Do not order from this company, they make you pay to ship the item back. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Should have listened to the reviews.

Portability, good quality screen, battery time is good.

My Surface Pro 4 was coming up on six years and was down to about 1.5 hours of battery life. I bought this as a replacement and I am happy with the purchase. The battery life isn't world-beating, but it is still pretty good. The performance is vastly improved. The new hardware and updated Core I5 provide fast wake-up and facial recognition. The quality, power, and portability are still there - and those are the things that attracted me to Surface Pro originally. You NEED the type cover. It has always struck me as a marvel of engineering. It is a satisfying typing experience in a very small package. The backlit keys are also appreciated. The pen is less important for most people, although annotating your slides when presenting can be useful - and cool. I use mine rarely, but I am not an artist. Overall, this is a solid system that I have no qualms about recommending to those who want a top-shelf Windows tablet.

The Surface Pro 7 I ordered came with a screen protector installed and has more storage then the one advertised. Excellent seller. Your milage may vary because I'm sure they ship what they have off of what they have (storage wise) that fits the same generation but it was still cool to order a 128gb product and receive a 256 with a screen protector on it. Besides that everything is as it is in the product description and I am very happy with my purchase.

Came as described, actually looked better than I expected for renewed. Came with working power cord. Was very well packaged and delivered on time. Definitely worth the price.

Appeared to be in decent shape when I received it. Very clean, could hardly tell it was pre-owned/"renewed." That said, three months later... it's dead.Price was good... but not for three months. Had to completely replace it. I'd say that "Amazon Renewed" isn't a very smart buy.
