So much better than the old neck pillow donut design which didn’t support my neck. I was able to sleep on two overseas flights with this one. For me the best position was the turn the pillow so the opening was on one side off my neck. That supported my chin best. Allows sleep in any plane seat; window, middle or aisle. The pillow is shrink wrapped in plastic when it arrives so you need to cut the plastic wrapping (not the pillow cover!). After washing the cover, I was able to put it back on the pillow. Recommend.

I used this pillow on flights from the eastern U.S. coast to Hawaii and back. The pillow was very supportive, and I appreciated that I could use it to lay back or to the sides. The fastener strings were a nice touch to keep it secure, especially while sleeping. I sat in the window and aisle seats, and the pillow worked great for both (i.e., don’t need a window seat to lean against the wall).I have chronic neck pain, and the pillow helped me manage the pain during the long flights!I was able to remove the pillow cover to wash it. It took a bit of time to get the foam back into the cover, but it fit fine after washing (gentle cycle and air dry).I used a different carrying case as I couldn’t get the pillow to roll up enough to fit in the one provided.I loved that the eye mask was included as that helped me sleep too. It also held up to the washing machine (gentle cycle and air dry).

Not bad. It was not the most comfortable neck pillow I’ve had, but it did the job. There is definitely a strong smell because of the foam, but it was tolerable to me. Even after I washed the cover for the neck pillow, the rubber smell was so strong, it took over the fabric softener smell. Again, it got the job done.

Soft and works well as a neck pillow and for good use traveling in car or plane. Overall good use to support your neck when sleeping in a chair.

So first let me say what's good about this. The memory foam is top-notch. It is firm it is sturdy. It does provide support to my head and neck. I didn't use it for longer than about 10 or 15 minutes to test it, so I don't know how it would do after 10 hours. But my sense is that it would last pretty well.Now what I don't like: the flat back on this is a bug not a feature. All it does is provide a place that's too narrow to give any real support to my head and neck. I have a smaller neck, as a woman, and you can't tighten this tight enough to provide any chin support. My chin falls down into the crack between the two lobes of this, and it's just not comfortable at all. The side Support is nice, but even when I tried turning it upside down and backwards, the fact that it has that weird tall flat back keeps it from being very good if I turned it in a different direction. Somebody else said it's only comfortable if you have a large head neck and I agree. This design is not meant for ladies. Returning.

I’m about to use this for the second year in a row. I honestly wish I could find a full pillow in this same foam, I love a really hard, dense memory foam.

Very nice pillow. Feels real good on my neck, fits perfectly and gives great support. Love the indentations that allows chin, cheeks and ears to sit comfortably while resting the eye mask and ear plugs are wonderful additions. I could actually feel the relief from the pain in my neck as I relaxed in the comfort of the pillow. My only problem is putting it bag in the bag. I’ve tried about ten times so far and had a great workout on my arms and fingers trying to hold it from reinflating but with zero success so far. I guess it’s a two man job 🤣. I possibly won’t be using the bag to avoid the stress. Overall, the product feels great and I’m looking forward to using it on my upcoming flight.

This pillow is very comfortable but I can’t for the life of me get it back in the carry bag! I spent the last 20 minutes of a flight trying to roll it up to fit and ended up just hooking it onto my backpack. A stretchy carry case or one with a wider opening would make me give this 5 stars.
