I bought this product many times over the years for a reason. Although it’s very hard to know what works and what doesn’t (especially if one is taking multiple supplements), every time I used this product, I lost a minimum of 12-14lbs over a 25 day period. If I remember correctly, CLA is the key ingredient as it shuttles fat towards the mitochondria (the powerhouse of the cell) and the latter uses the fat to create energy/ATP. You do have to workout/exercise while taking this product for a prolonged period of time (>30 days) in order to see continued results. It also helps a lot If you are on a low carb/Keto diet.
