Great for peri-menopause. Low dose B12...
Most multivitamins contain high doses of B12, which is too much for me, so the lower dose in this is perfect for me! As a peri-menopausal woman, I also love the extra ingredients in it. I believe it helps with those symptoms because I rarely get hot flashes anymore since taking this. Definitely recommend!

Ever since I started these vitamins I have been feeling better throughout the day and my sleep has improved greatly. I think i was starting to get perimenopause symptoms and this has helped. They do have vitamins geared specifically toward that so I think I'll try the pair on my next order.

Works good so far
I wanted a multivitamin that made a difference because I’m in my 40s. I’ve been on it for about a week and the last couple days I feel really good and almost feel more balanced. No aftertaste and it does not bother my stomach.
