These are the only thing I could find for my cheek piercings. I got them done and they swelled up so much the balls were under my skin so I rushed to the original piercer who told me that's the longest jewelry they had. But I wasn't ready to give up on them. I ordered these and thankfully they were more than long enough to accommodate all the swelling and once it went down I switched them back to normal sized jewelry. Recently one of them got hit or pulled at in my sleep and swelled up so I popped one of these back in it for a few days. These SAVED my cheek piercings!

So the diamond ones are fine but the circle ones are made different. The flat piece that goes in your mouth is thin so it was kinda cutting my cheek I had to take it out and put the other ones in which was better.

I have Dahlia piercings(corners of my mouth) and i had these in for less than 2 weeks. They fit great. Was out to eat and the flat back literally broke off in my mouth and the head and post fell onto the table. Luckily i did not swallow the flat back. Never in my life have i had something like that happen with mouth jewelry. Clearly these are cheap materials or not made well. And no, i did not accidentally bite the flat back off, it just came off on its own. Do not recommend. Thankfully my piercer was near by and gave me good quality jewelry free of charge. Total life saver.
