This is the perfect fix for that and the cheaper alternative
Worked really well! I have the first model of the instax printer and I used to pay $20 for the batteries which drained so fast :((. This is the perfect fix for that and the cheaper alternative! Highly recommend.

Works fine but does not charge the printer, you have to leave it plugged in.

It works, more convenient to print.
The cord works when plugged even if the batteries are not stored inside. The CR2 batteries doesn’t do anything to charge your Instax Printer, it’s not like a lithium battery where it holds a charge. The key to using the Instax Sp-1 printer is either you buy a rechargeable CR-2 batteries or Cord to make it work. As for the picture quality, you can always adjust the saturation settings in the App to print vibrant photos. Just go ahead and buy this combo set of cord so you’ll enjoy printing your photos.

Doesn’t charge Fujifilm Printer
This product did not charge my Fujifilm printer - I tried both cables and each time it failed to charge my device, even though the blue light indicator in the charging box connected to the wall was lit.

Cord could be longer...
Got from T-Power USA. Cord could be longer, but for 10 bucks, I'll manage. Using with the "DC Coupler for Fuji CP-04 FinePix S1500 S2800HD" from BatteryFly, on my S8200. Works perfect.
