This lubricant works wonders, making your garage door stop squeaking and squealing, so it opens and closes much more quietly. In addition, the applicator tube, which snaps out at a right angle to the can, makes it simple to give a small squirt (you don't need much) at each of the shaft bearings and hinges. Just be aware there are a lot of them to lube, so plan on 20 minutes or so to do them all. The lube penetrates very well and my doors were even quieter a day later than right after I lubed them. Keep a rag handy to wipe up any drips.

Works like magic .. I took no shortcuts .. cleaned the entire railing sections with microfiber cloth and mineral oil.. you can use acetone, thinner or any cleaning spirit to remove and cobwebs dust .. then spray this on all moving parts and see the magic .. rolled the garage twice to ensure parts are lubricated and all screeching noise gone.. my two door garage and both doors like new and squeak free again ..

I used this spray to on the garage door’s chain and every other metallic joint on the door, including the locking mechanism and handle. The results were great, all the squeaking noises went away and the door is functioning very smoothly. I plan to use the spray at least twice a year as a preventative maintenance.
