Unhappy! Purchased as a,gift, went to open package to wrap and found bracelet black in color and all bent. Wasted money had to buy another gift as to this item is out of stock now..

Not packaged very appealing.
I got the gold Alex and Ani from Amazon. Tried to get the silver for a gift but it was not available. So, I bought the silver snowflake bracelet directly from Alex and Ani. Same price but mine from Amazon came in a plastic bag but the silver one I bought directly from Alex and Ani came in a beautiful colored box, suitable for a gift.

I have one representing each of my children and their significant others and my significant other. I love wearing them and frequently get questions and comments (positive) about them.

Stone fell out right after I got it. Cheaply made. Wouldn't recommend this product. They refunded my money, but it wasn't available to replace.
