The bed is really soft, and it feels really cool tp the touch, which is good because I get overheated easily. I've only had it set up for about one and a half months. My husband and I don't exceed the weight limit alone, or together, but it is already starting to sink. Also, this bed is supposed to be compatible with the adjustable base that I bought from the same company, but as you can see from the pictures when we raise the head it doesn't quite conform like it should. One last problem is I'm finding a lot of loose strings on the surface as seen here in the pictures. I don't know if it'll hold up as long as it should, but with these problems, I don't think it is worth the $999.00 we paid for it.

I have been sleeping on this mattress for one year. When it arrived, there were two small holes in the cover from shipping. These were not of great concern and they have not increased in size. The mattress does sleep cool. When I was sleeping alone for the first nine months, I found it comfortable, although it was already beginning to have some slight permanent sagging. Now for the bad news. I now sleep with someone else who weighs slightly more than I do and I roll toward him all night because I am sleeping on a slope. I find this totally unacceptable in ANY mattress. I am now lucky to get five hours of sleep a night. This mattress was a complete waste of money, particularly when you can buy it directly from their website for $749 (as of 7/24/19). I plan to make a warranty claim and will update this review with the results.

Hi I bought this bed September I've had it for a few weeks now and I really like it it's not too firm it's not too soft I think it's a great mattress for the money

My bed has cheap bedding material which caused my outer covering to rip bringing upstairs. I had to sew in two places.
