Well I would have agreed with all these one and two star reviews originally, but I kept trying because the concept is sound and the idea behind the product is logical, but here's the thing, if you have a line clog instead of at the toilet bowl clog then it's not going to work great but if you have a toilet clog it should work great...Here's the dealio, we bought our first home this past Christmas and the toilets never worked great and were always clogging and lots of plunging, then we got a monster clog and we were going to have to call a plumber but I decided to try this, but it seems our problem was a mainline had a build of stuff, so no matter how much we plunged it wouldn't fully unclog, it would unclog just enough to temporarily work, so we got a massive clog on the line and I tried this and was initially let down and then minor success and then clog them work then clog and I gave up until the next day I tried again, we have three bathrooms so I just used a different one but even they never worked great either, so after two days of alternating between this and a plunger and limited temporary success I flushed and the bowl filled and I pumped this device a few more times, and then all of the sudden it let loose for the first time since we bought this house the toilet formed a vortex and a whoosh of air with the water, you could actually hear it sucking air down with the water for the first time, so someone tossed something they shouldn't have in the toilet before we bought the home and we constantly had to plunge no matter who had a number two potty, it was rediculius for three people in three bathrooms to constantly plunge, but since I got this to work with the use of this and the roto rooter plunger together it did we haven't had to plunge any of the bathrooms for several weeks now, it's amazing that the main bathroom toilet being unclogged all the way now that all three bathrooms are working better then ever, better then new, I mean yeah it took a couple days with this and a plunger too but eventually it did unclog the toilet and the main line into all the bathrooms, even our sinks and bathtubs are draining and working better now, we've never had plumbing anywhere we've lived that ever worked the way it should but now in the home we bought we have great plumbing and perfect toilet flushes now, all three bathrooms are on separate levels and no one has to plunge anymore and it fantastic, we love it.....So if you don't get success at first you may have a main line restricted or clogged and its not the toilet that's clogged and if you keep working like I did, and mine was a super bad main line clog, and this worked after a lot of work using it so it can work for your too hopefully, I just know none of our toilets have clogged in any of us since I got this to work for the main bathroom but it also made the other two bathroom toilets work better too even though I never used it in them, so how's that for a good product??BC

I had problem ordering nor did I have a problem with the cost. It came in the mail pretty fast.After reading the instructions it was only a matter of time till I would need to use it.The day came and when I used it setting it up was fine, it looked there was nothing wrong with it,but when I used it did not work at all just made a huge mess and it managed to damage the insidethe tank pieces.I ended up having to replace the whole tank and so I ended up just replacing the entire toilet.Not happy at all with.I took the time once again to read and make sure I used it right and I found that I used it exactly theway I was suppose too.I even had a friend read the instructions and he agreed with me that I had used it correctly.Don't waste your money!Stick to the plunger.

I thought it was just a gimmick, but it worked. Some lessons learned. (1) remove fill tank lid and have someone hold down flapper valve or else the compressed air will just go up into the fill tank. (2) Turn off the water input until after you are finished. . (3)Toilet bowl should be only about half full. (4) It took two tries before it freed the clog. I had tried three different types of plungers, everything folks on YouTube suggested, dish soap, vinegar, baking soda, coat hanger (bad idea), special compounds for septic tanks, several types of liquid products, etc. This is the only thing that worked. Saved me plumber costs.

Doesn't clear clogs, and generates enough pressure on the entire bowl that it lifts up the flapper in the tank, causing an unexpected flush and subsequent overflow. Succeeds only at moving the mess from the toilet to the floor. Easy to pinch your fingers under the lid while using. If they tested the design at all they should have realized that the entire concept is terrible and should never have moved to market; selling this product is either negligent or unethical.

Save your money. Every toilet I own has a beveled edge where the seat is screwed down. It does not seal. Complete waste of money. It is a good concept but needs a redesign.

I have yet to figure out how to plug all the many ways air can escape from a plugged toilet in order to get the air to direct the water down through the pipes. I've never successfully plunged my toilet with this, although I must think I will some day because I keep it. I think the maker should come to my house and show me S/HE can make it work. I just know it won't work for me.

It does work, although not nearly as easily as shown in the video. You have to be very careful about straightening any creases in the vinyl, or it won't get any kind of seal to deliver the blast. It takes a lot of force and speed to get an effective plunge, although it is a way cleaner way to plunge a toilet for less serious clogs.

This is a terrible product. I remember seeing the commercials for it and thinking that it had to be an amazing product. Wrong. When using, the pressure doesn't push the clog through. The pressure pushes up through the water holes at the top of the bowl and then pushes the flapper up in the tank, causing the toilet to flush and possibly overflow.
