This really is a good value product. It's cheap, simple and functional. Makes a little noise when it's what I call idling, but really is a very good little player. I say little because it's compact, fits very neatly almost anywhere. Very easy to use and has all the functions any reasonable person could want. Yes it plays all the regions of dvds that I have. It's not the Rolls Royce of players but at this price it is exceedingly good value. Oh and last but not least, great service from these "monkeys" (see sellers name) speedy delivery and tracking so good that you can watch the delivery guy drive round your town, down your street and meet him/her at the door before they even knock!

Simple to set up and if you can work a remote, then you can set it up easily. Good picture and sound on all reguion discs without trouble. The basic instructions are easy to follow, but sadly no instructions on the menu set up. I went into menu and you can change sound, picture, regions, etc but without any instructions I did not know if I had chosen stereo/mono, the right colour/signal and so on. However despite my concerns it all seems to work well and the quality so far is very good. Worth the money. I can recommend it. (hope you understand the menu better than me!!)

Very easy to set up and use. The SCART lead was needed for my tv. The remote control was broken at one end though like it had been dropped, held together by elastic bands now.

I'm not criticising or praising its video capabilities at all, or the sound quality from its analog audio outputs. I have never used them!I use this item to play CDs, using the digital output into my multi-£thousand hifi system's DAC (digital to audio converter), in which role I consider it to be excellent both functionally and in terms of sound quality.The remote control even controls the sound volume level from the digital output, very useful!The first example that was delivered had a stuck drawer, so refund and bought another which has performed flawlessly.Very pleased.

Extremely disappointed, everything is green, black and white films are green.Music CDs are green.Tried all settings, always green.James Cagney with a green complection, is something unusual.I'm a pensioner, I can't afford the cost of returning it, I just have to accept the loss of buying this rubbish.

I bought this dvd player in September 2020 ( according to my Amazon records, so 21 months ago ) and it has just broken. Refuses point blank to accept that there's a dvd disc inserted. 'No disc', it says. Unplugged it, let it 'rest', tried different dvd discs but nope. 'No disc'. Checked all the connections to the telly ( kept only for dvd use, nothing else ) but nothing responded. Unresponsive as a dead dodo.So......I've just ordered another! Exactly the same model. Come on! Less than £40 for almost two years daily hammering? It's been a great little dvd player for the money. Simple and straightforward to set up, even for an old fart like me, with no bells and whistles, small, compact, easy to use. Others I considered looked far more complicated. I just want a dvd player that plays dvds. Surely that's not too much to ask, is it?We'll see if the identical replacement gives me another 21 months of trouble-free viewing......at approximately £1.20 a month, I won't be grumbling, if it behaves itself as well as it's forebear has done.Having said that.......it really should have lasted longer............
