The mobile holder clamp provided with the stick is of poor quality. I've only mounted my phone 3-4 times so far, and I haven't handled it roughly, but it has started to break. The stick is okay, though I expected better quality. If only Amazon's return policy had not changed, I'd have returned this one.I only bought this because I thought I'd return it if I don't like the quality. I believed that Amazon has a no-questions-asked return policy on all Prime products. Now I'm feeling cheated by Amazon, and also a little stupid for not knowing about Amazon's change of return policy.For anybody looking to buy this, I'd recommend going for Stuffcool brand. I've seen that in use at my office, it is proper quality stuff. It's 1000 Rs. costlier than this, but better buy a 1700 rupee tool than a 700 rupee crap.

Poor quality, don't buy. The phone is a very delicate darling, I was carrying it in my backpack with reasonable care, and it broke. Then I thought to put to use as a monopod stick on my SLR, but the screws came off and the base developed a crack. The software it gives a link will work as it takes to China, you may have to download SelfieShop Camera app from play store and configure the buttons. There is only 1 flash as against 2 shown in the picture, and it is not flash synced.

Ordered twice, both times received defected product, first time the problem was in phone mount holder - it was not stable and was very loose then I raise replacement and when I got the replacement the product was used and again there was an iaaue in holder. Ihave attached images.

NOT WORTH THE BUY... THE STICK IS LONG,SURE...BUT IT BENDS AND THE QUALITY IS NOT AS GOOD AS ONE MIGHT THINK IN THIS PRICE RANGE....I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT AND GOT A REPLACEMENT....THE REPLACEMENT CAME WITHOUT THE KNOB AT THE BOTTOM....NOT A LONG LASTING PRODUCT......

IT DOES NOT SUPPORT IPHONE. SO WHY DOES IT SAYS SO?????

The phone holder on the head of the monopod was damaged. A little disappointed as all products from amazon have always been perfectly delivered. The rest of the product is good. Has beautiful features. Came well packed. The clasp was the only disappointment.
