夜勤をしているため、自分の持って行く分と、家族の分は冷蔵庫に納めて出掛けます。朝は自分のタイミングで蓋のままレンチンして食べられるので重宝しています。ご飯の部分が大きいので調整をして、温野菜を入れたりしています。色を決めて誰のものか分かるのもグッドです。
