Stabila LAX 50 g Cross Line Laser

Stabila have a name for good quality traditional spirit levels but this laser level is cheaply made with what appear to be cheap, brittle, plastic accessories. As an example, the sprung clamps that hold it to a laser pole broke after a couple of uses. It is such a poorly made product that I thought it was a fake product badged as Stabila.

Had the lax 50 red lazer line one for 10 years and been excellent , I dropped it and broke the glass screen, and order this new one with the green lazer line . I have no idea whats change but the accuracy is terrible.And doesn't compare to the older style one .Very disappointed.I'm going to see if i can take the glass out of this one and repair my old one. This one is useless

Used it quite a few times, and its brilliant

Really good laser. Goes though batteries very quickly but I guess that’s the trade off if you want a very clear line.

Had 2 now both went dead avoid these like the plague.
