The product arrived this morning. It took me about 30 minutes to put together but it is now up and running. I’m exceedingly pleased with the fan and a lot cooler.

It's the best so far

My son chose this fan as we already had one which was sturdy, powerful and reasonably quiet in use. Also the good reviews and mention of quiet in operation confirmed his choice. However, on receiving the fan it was a different make, much noisier in operation and started to smoke. I requested a refund and was initially informed that it was a hazardous object that could not be returned. I have returned a fan before with another seller and had no problems. I contacted the seller again and was told that I would get a refund. Having paid for returning the fan I am still waiting 2 months for the refund. Not happy.

Powerful and smart-looking, this was a good buy. Even at full speed the sound levels are acceptable; whilst louder than our Dyson, it’s more powerful, more effective and about one fifth the price!The plastic parts (control unit and remote) aren’t of great quality and lack a little of the class of all the metal elsewhere. This is only clear on close inspection, and not a reason to avoid this in my opinion.

Great fan, really does move the air around and is quite quiet especially at the lowest speed. Just a shame our remote control stopped working on the second day - manual is ok though!
