I received this product in bad condition , on the other hand parts of products was missing .As shown in booklet ( 20, 21 ) was missing without that how would i use this machine .I guess i received someones returned product because it was looking like used and returned product . The media could not be loaded. Honestly, this is the best cleaning product I’ve bought so far! Super easy to use—just add water, and the steam does all the work. I’ve used it on carpets, gas stoves, window channels, and even bathroom grout, and it cleans everything so well. The long wire and attachments make it really convenient too. Totally worth it!

Best part is it works as a mop and also as a handheld steamer, to clean a lot of other spaces too. Different steaming modes to choose from, allow easy and quick cleaning. Excellent foldable design, doesnt take up much space.

It's a very annoying product .... Don't buy this ... You will get tired while using the mop.... First of all ...this product need electric connection every where in your room....next it's mop cloth is too small ... always dirt stuck into it .... Always you need to restart after cleaning one room...very time taking product....it's frame is so wired to clean the corner....very very disappointed 😞 product .... Company set some paid videos here....I wish to return this product but can't

This product is great, very lightweight and easy to assemble and use. The only thing I would say bad about it is that the water tank is kinda small and so I have to fill it up more, but that's only really because I use it a lot. I would recommend this steam mop. Great value for the price too.
