Fun fidget rings
12 pack of cute fidget spinner rings. I bought them for my son who has autism and adhd and they seem to help when he wants to fidget with his fingers. Exactly as pictured, you get 12, fast shipping, and super cute. A little chunky but great for anyone who wants to use them. They do come apart though if u don't want the outside on it, and its different textures. All I call a great buy for my kiddo

Must have for 36 y/o with autism!
I'm a 36 year old late diagnoses autistic woman. I have a stack of these fidget rings on my desk at all times! I like to stack 5 at once and spin 'em like crazy. I am a skin picker and it does make a difference. I would suggest a variety in your toolkit - I just got worry stones and always have putty on my desk too. The value is outrageous for how much I play with them. I enjoy the squishy nubs and will occasionally chew on it cause dang it! It's squishy. Good quality!

Advertised for kids - perfect for adults!
I am an adult, and I bought these because I have a terrible habit of biting my nails/cuticles. I thought this might help me change my habits by giving me something else to do with my hands when I am on the computer or watching TV. Let me tell you - this has changed my life! I know it's advertised for children, but I assure you, the entertainment value and convenience is no joke for adults, too. I have one at my desk, by the couch, and in my home office. It's helped me curb bad habits born from anxiety or boredom. Highly recommend!

I love the rings as my autistic student has a picking disorder. The rings allow them to pick the plastic spin the ring and take it apart/put back together distracting them from picking their skin.

Great for trainings!
I bought these for a Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP®) seminar for adults. Several participants commented on how much they liked these spinner fidgets. They are very quiet, fit on adult fingers, and have a variety of textures on the outside ring.

Great quiet classroom fidget!
I got these for students to use in my classroom. I like them because they’re quiet but still allow for the movement my kids need to stay focused. They’ve been a hit this year!
