The AOSU doorbell camera is soooo much better than the Ring Doorbell camera I purchased a couple of years ago. This cool doorbell cam was easy to setup, the camera is sharp and clear. The sound quality with no delays and it's easy to go live and record videos. I have the choice to use their cloud storage or a micro SD card. AOSU also offers a 7-day trial cloud storage without asking for credit card information allowing gain a feel of the various storage options. I decided to buy a micro SD car to save money. Also, I used a generic door mount as I live in an apartment and can't use the screws to mount the camera without damaging theo owner's property.Setting up the doorbell was super easy with the app. It was an easy setup to actively monitoring in 5 minutes.I can't turn the video in landscape mode like I could with the ring doorbell camera. But, I'd rather have that one small issue than the constant wifi issues I was having with the Ring camera.This AOSU is $50 cheaper option than what the Ring camera. It boasts better features and affordable storage options as well. The video view is crisp and the second-to-second live video is superb.I highly recommend this doorbell camera!

Okay, so, I finally caved and got the Auso V8E doorbell, and honestly? It's kinda cute! Like, way less intimidating than I thought a smart doorbell would be. Setting it up was a breeze, even for someone who usually calls their tech-savvy friend for help. The video quality is surprisingly crisp, I can actually see if it's my Amazon package or just a squirrel. Plus, the two-way audio is hilarious! I've already used it to tell my roommate to stop singing in the shower, even when I'm at the grocery store. The motion detection is a little sensitive, I get notifications for leaves sometimes, but better safe than sorry, right? The app is super user-friendly, and I love that I can get alerts straight to my phone. It's definitely made me feel safer, knowing I can see who's at the door, especially since I live alone. The battery life is decent, I haven’t had to charge it as often as I feared, after thee days of using it, the battery still at 100% charge. It’s also kinda fun to see who’s lurking at my door when I’m not expecting anyone. Honestly, it's a game-changer for deliveries. I don’t miss them anymore, package detection is awesome. It’s also a good way to see if my friend is joking about being at my door. The night vision is also really clear. And the design is sleek and modern, it fits my aesthetic perfectly. I think it was a good purchase overall. And get this! The Auso V8E totally hooks up with Alexa, which is like, chef's kiss for my smart home vibes. I can do all sorts of cool stuff, like have Alexa announce when someone rings the doorbell. Imagine, "Alexa, someone's at the front door!" instead of just a chime. Plus, I've set up routines so that when the motion sensor goes off at night, my porch lights automatically turn on. It's so much safer, and honestly, it makes me feel like I live in a futuristic movie. It's definitely made my smart home feel a bit more complete and a little more fun. I recommend this doorbell 100%.

"Well I was shocked and thought the email was a scam" Checked and responded back to her to find out it wasn't and my new doorbell cam is on the way. Talk about customer Service... "WoW... I give the company and Julie a two thumbs up and a High Five. Always great when a company stands behind it's product. I'm happy already and have not even received the new one. "YOU ROCK"This door bell cam has an excellent picture quality, they look good but the time it takes to get video to see or catch someone stealing is something to be fixed or improved. I do not have a memory card installed as yet but that shouldn't be the problem. It had trouble picking up my wifi signal so I purchased a booster and it still is very slow or it tells me it cannot catch the signal most of the time. I have (2) on different doors. Pushing the door bell feature works really good and it's notification that someone is there or approching is really good if only I could see it when it happens. It can only look straight ahead so if you need to see a side view this is not it. Lastly you cannot store photos in the cam. You either have to pay for that service or install your own memory stick. I gave it two stars because I purchased the entire system and want to throw it in the trash but the outside solar cam for the yard actually works. No problem with that one. Sees everything and comes up when motion is detected. So one out of three is bad but one day when I have time plan on calling customer service.
