The UC native m1 purifier is excellent and storage capacity is 8 ltrs it is used for small family like 4members worth.iam give rating 5/5. Water taste also good the tds value is below 100 is perfectly drinking water I like this purifier and also I compared to other purifiera the UC native m1 is top 2 and value of worth. 2 year's warranty with filter replacement.

I got it delivered a day late, thats fine.I stay in Bangalore, in Chikkabidirakallu.I bought it during sale at around 11700Rs.Had to reschedule the installation as the product arrived a day late, the installation guy was polite and good, installed it quickly.This is my review:The water here in my area has around 800TDS, after the filtration the TDS is 90. Works Well 😊.The product looks premium, doesn’t make loud sound. TDS meter is alao provided inside the box. Got product in good packageWater filter also given in the product along with water purifier. Tds meter also given with the unit.Water taste is good. Not great as of now. Need to see for few more days for improvement in taste..Over all nice product with less maintenance charges. Need to see in future

My overall experience with the Native M1 after one week of use has been very good. Right from the start, it felt like a reliable and well-designed product.The refilling time is quite efficient, taking around 20–25 minutes. In my area, the incoming water TDS level is around 590, and after purification, the Native M1 consistently delivers water with a TDS between 55–60, which is excellent for safe drinking.The box includes a TDS meter, so you don’t need to buy one separately.Installation was completely free of cost, which is great considering that some brands charge extra. The process was smooth — I’m located in Tambaram, Chennai, and the service expert was professional and answered all our queries clearly.While the outer body feels sturdy and well-made, the tap is a major letdown. It looks and feels fragile, as if it might break easily with regular use. This is something UC definitely needs to improve.Compared to other ROs in this segment, the Native M1 holds up as a strong competitor, especially in terms of service cost and water purification quality.I would rate it 4 out of 5 overall, with one star deducted due to the tap quality.

Nice Product... In many ways better than the 2nd version. The price is on the expensive side, but it gave accurate drinking water, with a little leakage from the tap, which can be fixed with free service. Installation was by the brand itself, and education about the product.Overall happy with the product.

UC Technician has arrived and told that water tank and water purifier are at 1 floor distance, so need an extra motor and charged 2850 rs. And Urban Company has only intiated refund of 2350 rs. Extra 500 has been taken.Rest of them are good. Quality was good but at the water pusher, it is sensitive and a little bit bended. Water Quality is good.
