Reached dead on arrival... and can't get any support
This was a terrible product. it reached dead on arrival and is not working here. Because of the heavy rain at this time of the year, in Goa, it was not possible to test and return the same within the window delivery period.What a waste of money. The firm is also not responding to appeals made from this end. I would strongly recommend you check before patronising this outlet. Also, urge you to take corrective action over the same or else would be compelled to approach the consumer forum. Frederick Noronha.

I wouldn't buy any corsair product ever again
I was a fan of corsair, my RAM, cooler, fan, mouse, everything is corsair. I have bought CX550M from Amazon (not this seller). The corsair CX series have 5 years warranty, peace of mind. But it stopped working two months ago after using it for about 6 months (keep it in stock for more than a year) about three years warranty left. I followed the instructions and send them email along with serial number and purchase receipt. They only gave me ticket number and told me to wait for two business days. They haven't taken any action after two business months! I also emailed corsair service in India which appears on the product cover, but they didn't reply. I lose hope and decided to avoid any corsair product from now on
