Excellent value, exciting, punchy sound and a firm fit
Exactly what you want from earbuds, solid bass led sound, exciting delivery, with the option to let the outside world in or exclude it altogether and they stay on your head.Arrived fully charged up out of the case. Easy to put on and with a range of ear bud sizes. Find and download the app. This lets you eq them, even giving you a hearing test to suggest your ideal setting, was not quite right for me. The sound without eq is too booming bass and not enough treble, the opposite of open the backed headphones that i am used to, a refreshing change. So after eqing out the bass and upping the treble, these sound excellent. The app also allows you to choose between noise cancellation or normal or transparency mode. Normally i choose the transparency mode as it is like using open back headphone except the sound is not leaking out to everyone around.I bought these as my son is home in the next room studying for exams so ideal for sound containment, also will try these on ten hour flight soon, will report on effectiveness.Using these with an ipad or an iphone, with the ipad they work up to about ten meters through walls. But best with the portability of an iphone. Battery life seems fine, paired them up to the bluetooth on the tv last night, excellent quality with volume control from the tv.I mainly chose these because they had excellent reviews but mainly because they hook over the ear so give excellent stability. I have big earholes and find regular earbuds fall out, tried my son’s Sony wm5s and the wifes Apple pros but these sound flat and dull in comparison and kept falling out. But these with a range of earbud covers and the over ear hooks fit securely. The other hook types available are the over ear type, but these tend to give variable sound quality as the gap between the ear piece and the ear varies and so bass and clarity often suffers. By pushing the earbud, sealed into the ear gives a constant, predictable environment from which to adjust the sound.I was prepared to spend up to £300 but could not find any other better quality earbud that was an over ear hook type with in ear bud not over ear and noise cancelling. So for the price these represent excellent value. My only criticism would be finding the buttons on the ear buds can be fiddly which is a nuisance and the app has a functioning error, when choosing what the buttons do, if you choose ambient sound option it is difficult to hit the back button to return to the menu. They feel solid enough for this price point and the ear hooks are flexible enough to work with glasses.Would definitely recommend and although i am not into gratuitous exercise i am sure these would be excellent for all those gym bunnies, before you mature to the delights of sofa based activities, for which these are also sublime.

Best earphones Ive owned
Best earphones I've ever owned. The price always put me off getting anything this expensive for earphones (£70) however I had some Amazon credit built up so took a chance. The sound is as good as a decent pair of proper headphones, they actually have some proper base unlike a lot of other earphones I've had over the years. The only criticism I can give them is you can not see how much battery is left in the charging case, if they are connected to your phone you can see how much is left by looking at your bluetooth connection, but that's just the earphones and not the charging case. I think at this price point, it is a bit of a design flaw. Most cheap sets of earphones around the £20 mark have some sort of indication on the charging case, I even have a £10 set, and it shows how much power is left. I can forgive Soundcore for this flaw as the earphones are so good, an idea for anyone at Soundcore that might read this, please incorporate a battery indicator in the charging case for future designs. Updates or upgrades of this model. Another feature I love is that if you touch either earphone by accident or on purpose it does not annoyingly activate some sort of command, such as 'play, skip, end etc' there is an actual button you have to press for these types of commands. For that alone to me, it is worth buying, all my earphones are touch sensitive and it is really annoying. The volume is great and loud enough for me. I wish I had bought them years ago now, I highly recommend these earphones and I might even buy another set for my partner for his birthday as he keeps stealing mine and putting a cheap pair in its place and denying any knowledge about it!

Great quality sounding earbuds for active people.
Only had 1 day but so far pretty good.Pros-Fits my (big) ears well and the hooks are slightly soft material but sticky enough to will stay in place whatever thrown at them.-The app is pretty extensive: hearing learning mode takes you through loads of optician-style tests of frequency, tone and A/B questions... to get the perfect setup for your own hearing capabilities. Now ive done this my music is very bright, and a bit bassy, but not too much to overpower the other frequencies. Perfect! Also has meditation courses builtin...useful if need 10mins to de-stress.- ANC works very well. Blocks out most noises... esp when in a noisy environment.- Great sound quality for such tiny devices... this makes the £70 worth it IMO.- Dual device pairing... the biridectional controls work well (previous headsets were rubbish)... if you start one audio source, the headset pauses the other running source... unless you explicitly override... which is great when say you are listening to music and then watch a vid on the other device... the pause/play syncs between them seamlessly.-I did an intensive workout and got them somewhat immersed in sweat on their very first use; carried on working perfectly... the medium gromets stopped any moisture getting into my ears and the music kept playing perfectly. I ran for a bit too and there was no noticeable movement from my ear canal.Cons:-Only 1 button per device, which means I basically have to have an awkward button map (6 variants) for the controls I want.-Case doesnt support wireless chargingOthers (Ill update review later when I have more experience with them):-Ive been unable to test durability (floppy ear hooks...weak point...but 2 year warranty), run time or if the "wind" noise detection on ANC works well or not (I cycle with buds in to remove distracting wind turbulence in my massive ears!)- Call mic quality as yet unknown; not had to make/take phone calls with them.
