I love my new best patio friend!

I am in love with this thing! It arrived yesterday. I spent all of 15 minutes assembling it. Then, off to the patio for its inaugural run. I used my own wok as I did not want to take the time to season the (included) Cuisinart Wok. All that I can say is WOW! This thing is a flame thrower! The wok comes to temperature in seconds. You get great Wok Hey (if you don't know what Wok Hey is then this beautiful cart will be wasted on you) on your vegetables. It's easy to keep clean thanks to the large, stainless steel table that easily holds all of your mis en place for a great Asian meal. All in all, I wish that I had purchased this baby years ago! It's going to get almost daily use; and no more smoke detectors going off every time that I bring out the old wok.

Hot like fire

This is great didn’t take long to set up and works like a charm i like the space to put food aside for staging when I’m cooking this things get hot quick. Love it i do a lot of pop ups and this works wonders.

Beautiful Wok station

Beautiful design, easy to follow instructions, not too many parts to assemble, definitely need a few tools but once you get started everything comes together. Sturdy table and plenty of prep space. The flames are high and heat up the wok quickly.. I'll make a separate video of the seasoning process as well as the flames. Highly recommended if you have to have this flashy wok station.

A cheap product that is not worth full price

I ordered this product and it came damaged. The supporting bar was bent and hangs lower than the tabletop, causing the tabletop to sink when ingredients are placed on top.A replacement was sent and the supporting bar was bent in the same place.Cuisinart should weld the supporting bar to the tabletop.You’re better off getting a burner and tabletop separately.

Powerful

This is a very powerful wok station. You can burn your food in a second. Im still learning the right amount of gas to cook certain foods with this wok burner. High quality materials and sturdy. Highly recommended!!!

An upgraded stir frying option for home cooks

Altogether this wok station is a very good solution for a home cook and should be rated 4 stars for this scenario.Unfortunately I was not among the lucky ones who have been given a free product in exchange of a review:) nevertheless I will do my best to offer an objective and comprehensive review.I’m a semi professional Asian cook but taking in this review the viewpoint of a home cook.Here are the good things:1. This wok station creates a new category right in the middle between professional wok ranges and inexpensive and somewhat improvised wok stands that are available in the market. In that regard it offers the home cook a convenient solution that is clearly an upgrade from the average indoor cooktop.2. Burner output is sufficient for decent stir fry dishes for a few people. I use a 33 cm wok. You can achieve wok hey. In fact on the higher flame food would burn quickly, so I use lower flame most of the time and only use the higher flame for a short period of time.3. By and large the cart is sturdy enough to serve its purpose. The bracings and shelves add crucial structural strength and stability.4. The height is convenient for me. I’m 6’ tall and find it comfortable for stir frying action.5. The wok ring is robust and offers stability, cradling the wok. The screws that fasten the ring to the table are too small and short, therefore barely fasten the ring to the table top.6. Ignition and flame control are quite convenient, with two stationary points low and high flame. While it is possible to achieve a flame level in between these two states, It does take some practice to fine tune.7. Packaging is good with cardboards offering additional cushioning.8. Assembly has been quite straightforward, thanks to good instructions. Screws aren’t forgiving and need to be perfectly perpendicular for them to fully screw in. Labeling of the varying legs with stickers would have been helpful.The things that can be better:A. The quality of some of the parts seems relatively cheap. This manifests in sharp edges that haven’t been smoothed, thin sheet metal that can easily bend, relatively low quality fasteners and more.B. The preparation table is made of thin stainless steel sheet metal and is not flat, it is concave.C. The backsplash is made of thin bent sheet metal and feels cheap.

Never seen Powerful Heat Like This

Saw this on Instagram and thought "C'mon, what does Cuisinart know about wok burners?" Well, hell they must have got an real expert working because I bought a unit and was blown away by the jet-like rocket of heat. I used the included wok and it is pretty nice, too. Overcooked my first dish just because I had never handled that much heat. But after 3-4 tries I was producing the best wok dishes ever (pork, chicken, veg) in my life and I've been cooking on an outdoor cast iron work burner for about 15 years.Friends and relatives are coming from all over to get an in person meal cooked right in front of them in our backyard gazebo. There's this wonderful smoky flavor you get from all that heat. High water content veg like zucchini don't steam -- they char on the outside and remain juicy on the inside. Mushrooms get this fantastic flavor in a minute or so.Assembly went pretty well (but I am an engineer; your mileage may vary)My only issue was that the igniter wasn't that reliable; had to tweak it for a bit. But other than that, I am blown away (figuratively and literally) by the heat of that propane jet - like a rocket turned upside down. Highly, highly recommend.

Excellent product!

I’ve been cooking for many years and I must say that this Cuisinart Wok station performs wonderfully and is built decently. The high carbon steel wok that comes with it is excellent quality too. I love Cuisinart products!
