These are easy to swallow and pretty much tasteless.

Didn’t really work. Moved over to bovine collagen and it seems a lot better.

I've been taking these for over three weeks and my nails are definitely improved, harder and don't break as easily. They also grow quickly.I haven't noticed any other improvements as yet, but I'm hoping the benefits start to slowly show after 6 to 8 weeks.I am taking one capsule a day so this bottle will last two months.I also like that the capsules are clear so that I can see the contents.There is no aftertaste or smell whatsoever.I have faith in this company as they produce other collagen variants, so they must be confident in their product.I've had no side effects or upset taking these and will continue as I like the blend of collagen with HA, Retinol and Vit C.

I have never used collagen at all but as a 50 year old woman I have recently acknowledged that my skin, hair, nails and joints need some help. In addition to collagen, these include hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and retinal.I have been taking these capsules the last couple of weeks alongside some self-care such as stretching, walking and now some jogging. I am hoping these capsules will complement and enhance what I am doing. I have not seen anything yet that I can attribute to these but I will continue to taken them.At 23mm they are a little bigger than some capsules but I have had no issues taking them. Directions are to take 2 per day with a glass of water and preferably with a meal. They have no taste and have not repeated on me.At the current price of £12.99 for a month's supply, I feel it's a little high but I am definitely not familiar with the prices of this sort of supplement. If they do what they advertise then it's money well spent. I just haven't seen any benefit yet.

I think it'll take a while before noticing if these actually make any difference, but I can tell you that the tablets are huge...and you have to take 2 of them per day!My wife's been trying to take these and she's not great at taking tablets. After a couple of days she gave up, they're just too large.

Easy to swallow capsules, you take 2 which for the tub gives you a 1 month supply.No after taste or negative effects.I’m not expecting instant results as I know it’s more something you take over a longer duration but as the tub says it’s good for hair skin nails and joints.Lactose, soy and gluten free which is a big bonus, and even better it’s made in the UK.I would recommend.

Fine as a product eg easy to swallow, came well sealed and you get a good amount per the bottle. But not noticed a benefit to skin or hair despite using for a while so perhaps collagen isn’t needed for me
