Small pills, so easy to swallow and I like that you only need to take one. This was a good price for the amount of product received.

I have taken these all my life. They have the smallest pill in the industry. I have a hard time swallowing other types of vitamin pills which I was forced to because these went out of production for a while during Covid. Now that they are back in production, I plan to have always at least 1 year's supply going forward just in case they become hard to find again. These are the only multi-vitamins small enough not to hurt while swallowing.

Great product to buy

When i went to re-order our One A Day vitamin I noticed they ARENT One A Day...you were supposed to take TWO A day! So i researched & found these. They are actually One A Day! I've been taking it for just a few days some can't really give an accurate review just yet. But love they are small (the size of an ibuprofen tablet), very easy to swallow & the price was good. I'll update as time goes on but I feel like I have more energy. There is also no taste or after taste.

So far these work good for me they are a little big to swallow but most vitamins are , kinda pricey i thought but thats me .they work great.
