Discolors when heated
I received one and used it on my gas stove and it discolored when heated on the burner. I thought it may be just that individual kettle that had the problem so I returned it and purchased another one. The same thing happened with the second.When I finally got around to talking to an Amazon customer service rep., the item was not returnable, but after talking to their supervisor, I was issued the return minus the stocking fee. I don't think I should have had to pay the restocking fee since the item was faulty.
