The notable ingredients in these supplements are green tea extract, marshmallow root extract, aloe vera powder, cascara extract and slippery elm bark. I have read about all of these being good for colon health though I have never heard of slippery elm bark before.The capsules are odorless and easy to swallow with water. Taking them for roughly 6 weeks I can’t say I have noticed any change in my bowel habits or positive or negative effects gut wise.

I really did not experience any change using this in the last month, but I guess it helps maintain weight. Whether it does or not, I did not experience any adverse symptoms or taste or digestive alterations while taking this.
