Kombucha.com Scoby with Free Organic Tea Blend Sample

I purchased this Scoby/Starter along with some flavorings from Kombucha.com and I am impressed with the results! I am no stranger to fermenting, but this was my first time making Kombucha. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and I successfully make my first batch in 9 days.If you are considering making your own, I would recommend this as an almost foolproof way to get started.

This SCOBY works very well. It has grown in size rapidly and churns out Booch at a great rate. There are two of us drinking a pint daily and the SCOBY out produces what we can drink. Not too bad for around 10 bucks with minimal effort!Highly Recommended. Thank You.** We have not used the flavor packet, prefer it with just black tea.

This SCOBY was very effective and easy to use. Just follow the instructions, and change your regular old tea into delicious Kombucha! Like magic.

This is the second SCOBY that I had ordered, the first one was from a different company. It ended up getting mold and was thrown out. This one seemed to be much stronger than the previous one. My first batch with this SCOBY took less than the month with the other and just had an overall better appearance, which is hard to explain but I could tell this one was working MUCH better. I wish I had ordered this one when I was first starting out. Anybody looking to start brewing kombucha at home should start with this SCOBY instead of some inferior, weak SCOBY.

This scoby has given me so many baby scobies, I don't know what to do with the extras. I've started two kambucha jars, eaten them (apparently they are good for your gut- took some getting used to, but it's just like eating mushroom if you rinse them well the texture is exactly like a mushroom), I've given pieces to my little dog (small amounts, also good for them), used them on my plants, started another jar, looking for people to give them too, and it just keeps on giving! 😂 I'm drinking Kambucha everyday, and saving $4 bucks a bottle. A very happy customer!

I have made kombucha in the past, and after a long hiatus wanted to start again, but did not have an effective scoby, so purchased this one from kombucha.com.It came well-packaged with no leaks, and after making several batches, I can attest to how quickly it's grown and produced good-tasting kombucha.I use a gallon glass jar with a heated belt to maintain the temperature in the low-mid 80s, and have tried black teas, as well as blends with green. I also do a second ferment with various flavorings, and they just have gotten better as time goes on.Because of my good results, I don't hesitate to recommend this product.

I used this for my very first time brewing at home.It did work but was significantly smaller in person and I believe meant to brew a small batch unless it growsBut my brew was a success so I think it’s a good value and alive upon arrival
