Super affordable methylated multi vitamin
I really like these vitamins. Not the vitamins are usually super expensive and these are more affordable. I feel good when taking them and my energy level is high and have no stomach upset.

Great vitamin, but eeewwwww!
I like that the methylated vitamins process better, and I’ll soon have bloodwork done to see if my vitamin levels improve, but OMG on the smell and taste! It tastes like a cow that’s been fed Taco Bell for the past year took a dump in my mouth! That’s about the best analogy to fit how foul this is! Could they not come up with a citrus flavored gel capsule to mask this horrific taste?! Eewwww!

Not for me, gave me side effects
The vitamins gave me side effects. Itching and water retention in my legs and ankles. I’m having a hard time returning them, I can’t use them and they were $40 for one month supply. I’m still trying to return them.
