The main reason I bought this case was not as a protection measure or even as a carrying case. It was to avoid losing it again. Lost one device already and decided to buy this case. I’ll explain.It has small loop to attach to a key chain to it. I essentially used this with an AirTag & holder and it works perfectly. I can find my Kardia device if it gets lost again. :)Aside from this need the case is honestly pretty cool. Was surprised that I couldn’t find an OEM option for the Kardia 6L but there were a couple for the 2L version.The case comes wrapped with this alcantara / microsuede like material that’s not slippery but is soft to the touch.The top flips open for quick measurements and the magnetic clasp holds it closed when not is use.The bottom of the case also has a cutout which I love that allows for 6 lead ecg measurements. Which I love but do think it can be improved to make better contact with skin. Measurements are fine but I have to put a bit small bit force on it sometimes.Overall great case.

I love this case. It fits my KardiaMobile 6L perfectly. It fits into my jeans pocket and makes it easy to use. To protect the back part that's open I used a thicker piece of paper. When I use it as a 6 lead I just pop the unit out of the case. Closes well. I had bought other cases that were too thick for what I wanted. I bought this. It wasn’t given as an evaluation.

Surprising no one, this is synthetic and appears worn out of the box. Still, it’s the smallest and best fitting I’ve found so not knocking that. It’s really only good for checking Lead I since you can’t make good contact with the leg lead while in the case. Again, no big deal – just pop it out and use as normal.

This case fits the kardiamobile 6 lead perfect. You don’t have to remove it from the case to get a reading. Easy open magnetic closure. Worth the higher price than other cases because there isn’t extra bulk.

Maget closure is hit and miss. If device depended on the door to remain in case it would have been lost already, thank goodness it clips in. Rubber band works good to keep it shut so it won't catch on other stuff.

i tried a few from Amazon and sent them back. This one you can use on all 3 points for the 6L without taking it out of the case. It holds the device snugly in place and protects it.

As described, arrived on time. The fit is tight, as it should be

Fits the unit well and easy to use. The cover is a tiny fraction too short when closed but still long enough for a secure clasp.
