I Like Me! (Picture Puffin Books)

This is one of my favorite children's books of all time! So simple and the message of loving and believing in yourself is brilliant. I love how sweet it is...not heavy handed.

As a mom I love reading this book to my children. The story is cute and the pictures are entertaining.As a preschool teacher I love to read this book to my students all the time especially when I teach about self-esteem. It teaches the kids about liking themselves.My absolute favorite line is "I get up in the morning and say 'hi good looking'

I enjoyed reading the book to the one year old

This was my favorite book growing up. It gave me so much self confidence and I loved gazing at the beautiful illustrations that I have now ordered this for my 4-year-old son. He loved it, and the CD that comes with it is so fun. The games and songs are great fun. However the page turning prompts on the CD are a bit fast, so I have to read it with him or he can't keep up.

Positive messages without the schmaltz of other feelsy books. I wanted the art to be a bit more jujjed than it was, but the message trumped that. Great for kids, young and old. Because sometimes someone you love needs a colorful boost.

The kids love it

My daughter had this book when she was a little girl. I think it helped her learn to love herself the way she was. She is 22 now and wants another copy. I'm giving it to her for Christmas. I hope it helps to bring back the happy feelings she had about herself when she was little!

Adorable illustrations and beautiful message for any young child. I remember this book from my own childhood and bought it for my daughter. Highly recommend
