Replacing the Tip : With the tip replacement tool in one hand, and the pen in another, bring the tool over the tip of the pen. Pinch the tool closed around the tip, and slowly pull the tip out of the body of the pen. To place a new tip, use the tip replacement tool to remove a tip from the packaging, with the pointed end of the tip pinched in the tool, slide the new tip into the pen until the neck of the tip is not visible. RECOMMENDED: Keep the unused tips in the foam portion of the package. great pen, great value
Great value. Works better than the original surface pen. I like the easy to use erase button and right click button. Pen reacts well and writes smoothly. Great product. Buy this and save $$$$$

Died on Me
Bought it in March. It is now September. It no longer writes or clicks anything. I've replaced the AAAA battery 3 times. The first time I replaced the battery it allowed me to write for another day, and then died. Then I replaced it again, and it didn't work at all. Did a fine job while it worked though. Buy it if you don't care about it only working for 6 months.

Great alternative to original Microsoft pen
This pen does exactly what is claims it does. I was looking for a replacement for my original Microsoft pen, and this is a good, affordable substitute. It's not exactly like the original pen, as the top of this pen isn't a button that will open up one-note or act as an eraser, but that's not a huge issue for me.I was worried this wasn't going to work on my surface book, as most reviews were saying it worked on their surface pro, but it works just fine. I almost thought it didn't because the pen didn't work the first time I inserted the battery but i just removed the battery and placed it back in and it works just fine.

Just stops working sometimes??
Worked fine for a month or so but now it just suddenly stops working sometimes, as in it stops writing and being able to interface with my surface, and then after a couple minutes it just starts working again, usually with some tapping and flicking. This is extremely inconvenient and frustrating in my lectures and is just overall unreliable.

You want rose-gold? you will get silver...
I have order rose-gold pen but got silver.. I have seen the review that it happened already but thought it is a one time glitch..After giving a shot, and ordering the rose-gold pen and getting the silver. The only conclusion I got is that the seller is not a professional and doesn't care for customer satisfaction.

Colour selection is a lie
Ordered rose gold and received silver - not happy! Especially because I re-ordered rose gold and received silver a second time!!!!! :(
