I have been using Rose-hip capsules particularly by Natures Aid. They have helped me tremendously these last two yearswith having generlised Arthritis for this last 37 years since I was 30 years old. It has helped to keep the Inflammation and stiffness down which in turn has helped me to walk a bit better, which is truly amazing as i would have been chair bound by now. Purchased for arthritic wrist pain relief, can't say they made any difference, good value compared to local store.

A quality product. I've been taking rosehip for almost a year and it helps considerably with joint pain in my hands.

I didn't have many expectations but wanted to try them anyway. I am really impressed as I saw improvements almost immediately. I have been taking them for two months now and might stop to see what happens.

I haven't noticed any flavour, because the capsules are easy to swallow. Keep an eye on the recommended dosage which may require more than one tablet to be effective.

Easy to take. Have taken turmeric in the past only find this better for beginnings of arthritis

Someone told me that rose hip supplements help against arthritis. I had some twinges and itchy finger joints and I can honestly say that they have improved. How strange is that??
