I take more than the recommended dose (10 drops, twice a day) but it works. I’m very sure because a few times I have stopped over the years and you cna see the difference within a month. It tastes awful, I almost stopped using it, but then I realized you can dilute it in anything, even coffee, and it has no taste at all. They are very easy to use but do have a strong taste so I suggest putting them in a flavored drink and stirring it so you can't taste the drops. They are worth buying because they the price is good and you can really the results in you skin, hair ands mails over time!
