Good, value for money storage item.

I only gave the three star rating because it is fairly light weight. Not a criticism, just indicative that if you want something more robust in a proper office environment, this is probably not for you. The unit was a doddle to put together and the side pockets have come in handy for our little office space in Oier spare room. Fantastic value to be honest.

I have a chronic inability to keep my desk organised, so grabbed the chance to review this product for the Amazon Vine programme.It arrives flat-packed and takes under 5 minutes to assemble. The instructions are clear. The back and sides are hinged and the top and bottom shelves are secured with 2 hex bolts each to make a stable chassis. This requires an Allen key, which is supplied.Then you slot the remaining 5 shelves into the rails on the two sides. You could leave off one or two of the sliding shelves if you wanted more space for any of the tiers.It's constructed of a substantial wire mesh and weighs fully 2.1 kilos, so it's a strongly built unit and feels like it will last.It's wide enough to take an A4 notebook with a bit to spare for the cover.At 41 cm high it's quite a visual presence on the desk, so you might want to consider whether you really need so much room. But if you do need the storage, there aren't many 7 tier options and this does the job just fine.I've docked one star because the finish on the front of the shelves is a little rough, but it's probably not something I'll notice in daily use.The price is in line with alternative offerings in Amazon and Ikea, so this is a solid 4 star recommendation.
