If you want to use 40C, the water's degree blows 40C. I love that. Easy to clean. Big capacity for water and tea pot. It's look useful.

The top part of my tea pot was broken. Is there any way to get just the top part where you put the tea in it? Please help me with that.Many thanks

The media could not be loaded. Everything is plastic and poor quality, and the item is over priced. The buttom of 40degree doesn't work. The tea pot dosent stay hot even the kettle is on keep warm. The kettle head is very hard to remove, once its placed on. There is a recorded voice on the program and is very loud. First time its fun, but after an hour it gets on the nerve. A womans voice keep telling: “water is boiling”. “Lets brew some tea”I will not recommend neither based on the physical quality, performance and price.

Boils water quickly and not sure if the tea making button makes a big difference but i still use it

Not only does this look great but is very easy to use. Also doubles up as a normal kettle if you don't wish to use the diffuser part. Just press the relevant button and let the kettle do the rest. Very handy to have the water being kept at the required temperature for 2hours. Voice also tells you when it is ready, which can be switched off if you wish. Very good if you like to brew Turkish or any other tea.

The product came used. That's why I returned it without trying.

I have a normal Turkish teapot that you use on the cooker hob, bot I got rid of the hob but still wanted my Turkish tea. This teapot is fantastic I wish I had got one sooner . It makes a perfect cuppa and it can also be used to make coffee. You just put your tea leaves or ground coffee in the strainer so you get no tea leaves or coffee grounds in your cup. Love it,
