Not the same
I had these as a kid and thought it would be cool for my kids. These don't move on the spokes easily even after oiling it. Still cool to have on as reflectors too.

Cute and fun addition to kids bikes
My children love these. Sadly the shapes don't move, but they do still make the bikes look cute. When you go too fast they don't move and make noise. But going slow they sound amazing. Kids are riding all around the neighborhood showing off their beads.
