Love how easy it was to install my keys

Works good but doesn’t have the logos you expect or see in pictures. Kinda looks like a knockoff but still works well. If it just hand the logos and not so easily to scratch it would be a 5. There rings are great but but key holder send like a bit of a side business.

I’m fairly new to the edc minimalist movement. I started with a cardholder wallet (not a Ridge, I just don’t like the sandwich style wallets they are known for) and I love it so much that I wanted to get my keychain under control. I was tired of my keys constantly weighing down my pants pocket or tearing through the lining of a jacket pocket. I had my eye on the Ridge KeyCase for a few weeks, specifically to”Forged Ember” color. When I saw it was on sale for nearly 60% off, I had to buy it.My keys had become an unwieldy mess of rewards cards, ornamental keychains, a bottle opener and tools. Only 4 keys, 2 of which get regular use (not counting my car key). The Ridge KeyCase is very easy to setup. The instructions are clearly written and it only takes a minute or two to get your keys installed. It is extremely lightweight, especially when compared to the giant mass of metal I was used to carrying around.I found an app that lets you store your rewards cards, eliminating one problem. The ornamental keychains weren’t needed. Over time I just kind of forgot they were there. The rest of what I had on my old keychain wasn’t necessary, either. I got to use it today for the first time and it made a huge difference for the better!

Never realized how much I hated bulk with my keys and all the jingling. That has since stopped. Is it worth the price? Maybe? There’s many products you have to make that call with.If you do buy this, you won’t regret it. Now I essentially only have “2” keys now. One that doesn’t fit and my Ridge holder + my Car Fob. Great product for reducing the key fumble and noise.

Screws on pocket clip come loose so make sure you keep and eye on them. Other than that it's a great key holder.
