Q: Any suggestions to retain longer?

1. Try moving your bowels before administering coffee enema or 2. Do a water enema with a bit of celtic sea salt prior to coffee enema, no need to hold, release immediately, then administer the coffee enema. These methods both work for me & I experience very little to no cramping and can retain for the full 15 minutes. Hope this helps and wish you luck. No worries, you'll get the hang of it.. it took me sometime til I figured it out. I have been detoxing with the coffee enema for the last 15 months and feel absolutely wonderful. Take a probiotic afterwards to replenish the flora in your intestine.

My opinion is that a Seems a bit long to boil. Here’s what I do: Bring 1 liter of water to boil Remove from heat and add 6 T coffee Bring to boil for 3 min Reduce to simmer for 15 min Strain the grounds out from the coffee liquid *Note: this makes enough coffee liquid for 2 enemas Pour 8 oz of coffee liquid into enema bucket Add 16 oz of water to coffee liquid Lie on RIGHT side; hold enema for 15 minutes or as best you can, then release Here’s a great video on YouTube... https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=42Op5xliRNI

Q: Has anyone used a percolator for brewing

I don't think a percolator would work because you need to boil off the oil for the first 4-5 minutes and then cover the pot and simmer for another 15-20 minutes. I use a medium size pot to make a large concentrated batch. I use 1.5 cups coffee to 10 cups water ( i add more water bc so much fluid evaporates). You Can Store This In the refrigerator for up to 2 days. When ready to use, mix 1 cup coffee concentrate with 3 cups water. Good luck !

What can I say?

I did standard of care for my late stage cancer 4 years ago, but I then started doing coffee enemas and juicing afterwards. I haven't done the full Gerson protocol, but I feel like a couple coffee enemas a day has had a good impact on me regardless.I hate doing them, but love when it is done. Kind of like exercise- sane people don't like it, bit when it's over, you feel great.As far as this particular coffee, I don't know what I can review. It's what it claims to be. It works. 5 stars for that.
