Bio&Me: Cocoa Hazelnut Granola 3- Pack (3 x 360g) - High in protein and Fibre, Gut-Loving, Vegan, No Added Sugar

I am addicted to this stuff! Moreso than the super nutty and low sugar which I've also tried. It's so lovely with cold cashew milk! Chewy and crunchy! Not sweet enough but I add either some raisins or xylitol for sweetness - delicious! And so healthy! Love it!

I came across this cereal due to all the gut health information I have been looking into. There are different flavours, this box is ok, but the hazelnut and cocoa box tastes like cereal that has gone off. It tastes nice with yoghurt for breakfast and is easier to digest, when compared to other granolas. The only downside is the box is far too small and the price is steep. So I have bought more boxes when on special offer. It was 25% off in a health shop and also £1 off a box in a supermarket. The ingredients aren’t that expensive, it’s not saffron, so I think the size of box should be much bigger or reduce price for small box. Being healthy should be available for all.

We love the bio&me granolas, I can’t eat honey so trying to find a honey free granola that’s not loaded with added sugar is hard, but this has neither and tastes great. Also trying to add in more plant foods to our diets, this contains 10 different plant foods so helps to add to my list first thing. Highly recommend and the 3pm is work out good value.

Nice! But very hard on your teeth wouldn't recommend if you have dentures or veneers

The nutty one is my absolutely favourite granola. All the ingredients are really healthy, which is hard to find with a granola. The texture is crunchy, great flavour and don’t need to add any sweetener. We buy this on repeat. The only downside is my body took a while to get used to the chicory root fibre, but this could be unique to me.

I haven't been eating any processed sugar for many months now, so when it comes to finding good breakfasts without any added sugar, it's hard.However, I came across these, and decided to give them a try. Safe to say that these are amazing and I'll have them very often.There aren't any nasty ingredients which is very important.My favourite is definitely the cocoa and hazelnut, it has the most flavour. The others don't have as much of a strong flavour, and all aren't too sweet. The lack of flavour is fine, because if you eat them on their own or with a sweet milk then they're really good. I use the creamy alpro oat milk, which is naturally very sweet so together it's really nice. But, if you're the type of person looking for a bunch of flavour and you're planning on using milk without much flavour/taste as well, then other than perhaps other than the cocoa, you might be a bit disappointed. Not me.I'll be ordering again for sure.
