I learned about Swami Vivekananda by reading J.D. Salinger. Vivekananda was a very great and wise man. I am a a Catholic and love my Church, but thank God the Catholic Church, still growing up after two thousand years, now recognizes the validity of other faiths. Buddhism, Hinduism, possess great truths. The writings of Vivekananda speak to us all.

The publisher has stolen content from Ramakrishna mission and published a badly manufactured product. the book is cut at wrong angles. And amazon will not help with return. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER -- IF THE COPY YOU GET IS BAD -- THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY TO SHIP IT BACK

For a long time I had been one of those people who had appreciated Swami Vivekananda a lot but had never read his work. This book changes that now. So for all those who want to know exactly why this person is known to be a Genius, just read this. It cannot get simpler and shorter than this. It will also never get as Brilliant as this.

This book is a gem that has all 4 yogas as said by Swami ji himself. While ordering this I was little hesitant as these days many so called authors insert their own words in between otherwise masterpiece works. But thankfully it is as is with what Swami ji wanted to convey. I am almost through Karma Yoga, may write review again finishing others.Only reasons for deduction of a star are small (though readable) fonts used and paper quality (is okay but could be better). But then for a price of 199 asking more will not be correct I suppose. A many thanks to the fingerprint publishers for bringing this within a single volume and within price range where people won't think twice ordering it. Thank you and may God bless you!
