The screws were not tightening as the thread design is improper. Disappointing purchase and returned.

Very useful item. Quite sturdy, looks good. You can hang towels, clothes, clothes on hangers. Side hooks good for caps, Hats etc. Base is broad , provides stability. Adequate height and width.

The finish is uneven, with visible streaks and patches that make the product look cheap and hastily manufactured. It seems like minimal care was taken in ensuring a smooth, consistent coat, and it started chipping after just a few uses. This is simply unacceptable for any product, especially at this price point.The fitting of the parts is another major issue. The components do not align properly, leading to gaps and misalignment that are both unsightly and functional. This lack of precision makes the entire product feel unstable and poorly constructed. When assembled, it does not hold together well, making it seem flimsy and unreliable.The worst aspect of this product is the cheap quality of the materials used. The plastic is thin and brittle, feeling like it could snap at any moment. It’s clear that corners were cut in the manufacturing process, as the plastic feels more like something you’d expect from a disposable item rather than a durable product.The plastic hooks are especially disappointing. They are weak and poorly designed, struggling to hold even light items without bending or breaking. This not only renders the product almost useless for its intended purpose but also raises concerns about its overall durability and longevity.Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with this product. It’s clear that little to no attention was paid to quality control or design. The poor paint quality, bad fitting, and cheap materials make this a product I cannot recommend to anyone. Save your money and invest in something that is built to last. This product is not worth the frustration and disappointment.
