Quality product with quality ingredients

This works for me
We have tried a lot of sleeping supplements. Melatonin works well for me, but I wake up with that groggy feeling. This one however, created a good sleep with no after-affects. The ingredients are amazing with fermented veggies and Chinese medicine.

Quality supplement.
This is a game changer for me when I combine it with 3mg of melatonin, and L-theanine. I sleep great and don’t wake up groggy and I gotta say what I like the most about Ancient Nutrition Stress and Sleep support is the mental clarity and relaxed mindset the next day after taking it is an awesome feeling. Anxiety decreases quite a bit and I don’t feel numbed up or anything bad I just feel extremely level headed and chill. It also helps me control my emotions/thoughts at work. And I like than there’s ashwaganda in it but not too much.

Didn't work for me!
So there's no taste because it's in a capsule. Easy to swallow. It worked great the first couple of nights but then no change. But don't judge by me, I have severe fibromyalgia, back pain, and a body full of arthritis. Give it a try, I hope it works for you. And you can't beat Amazon's return policy.
