We normally use the traditional plain water filled cooling teethers. However, our 6 month old loves toys that make noise. So we decided to try this one because, it is a teether that has a built in rattle. As it turns out this is her new favourite teether. Plus, i find that the water inside of it stays a little cooler. This is because, her hands are not warming it up as quickly when she grips that bottom plastic caterpillar piece.

Bought this for baby girl to teeth as they are coming out and let me tell you she loved it. It was small enough to fit in her hand and she loved the color of the little caterpillar. It smelled a bit like plastic to me but after cleaning it up the smell went away. The teething part was soft enough when i put it in the fridge but loved how sturdy it was when i would put it in freezer. Great buy and value for my buck.

This is a life saver. My little grand baby has the sorest mouth from her new little teeth. I put this in the refridgerator and she loves to chomp on it. It has a little rattle inside of the toy which she loves to shake. A great toy.
