Q: Now that the formula has changed (early2023) and is no longer any good, has anyone found a replacement that works as good as original formula?

I found cases of the 7 oz size of the old formula at the Ollie's Outlet store in my area. $1.99/can. I'm thrilled. Bought 3 cases of it. I think they must have bought out a large supply of the old formula (my favorite) from the distributor.

***MISLEADING*** I AM PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This (dirty word) new formula makes you look like a sad, wet drenched dog who has been beaten down with hurricane force rain (seriously)!!!!!!! You’ll look pathetic. The picture shows the 24 hour instant freeze (that I love in the oRIGINAL formula) but I was sent the NEW formula that SUCKs!!! ( that’s NOT what I ordered ) I HATE the new formula. I did request a refund and got it immediately from Amazon (thank you!!!) and as I’m searching online for the ORIGINAL formula be prepared!!!!! The sellers on eBay are the new hair SCALPERS (instead of ticket scalpers). Pissed off in Texas!!!!!

I understand that Aquanet works just as good. In fact, i'm on my way out to purchase it. I too have had it with their faulty cans and wasting a lot money. In addition there is now so much oil in this newer version of this spray that it makes hair very heavy and flat. Hair also ends up looking like it needs to be washed within an hour. Good luck with finding a replacement.
