The weight is good and the fabrics are nice. I just wish the tightening strap had greater adjustment, they’re too loose on my wrists to be able to relax, I have to be conscious about how I move my arms. And I’d have gone for a heavier set if I thought they would fit. If the stitching of the strap didn’t go all the way along the weighted ‘bag’ you’d be able to overlap it and tighten it better.

The weights are well made and seem durable, but I needed them to exercise and they turned out to be too big and flimsy around my ankles. Despite many attempts they won’t fit tightly around the ankles (mine are thin) and during exercise they tend to move around or slip on the calf, causing problem with balance and making movement weird and unsafe. I returned it, not suitable fo me but they might work for someone else.

I use it regularly and I like the quality. It does the job.

So they're advertised that they can be worn around your wrists..well if you can imagine two bulky sand bags wrapped around your wrists, moving up and down as you exercise, this is what they're like. I have slim wrists, but even on the ankles they're not secure. They have fastenings but you can't get them tight enough to not spin around. Much too bulky, and laughable in fact. Had to return.

Highly recommended especially if you are recovering from a total knee operation (like me) and you just need that bit of extra weight to strengthen thigh muscles. Dead easy to wrap around ankles, and firm Velcro attachments. I use them every day.

Ive got tiny ankles and wrists. Wish it was a bitty smaller but other than that they are great quality and comfy. Love the fact tgere are various sizes
