If you want to detox your body from metals, this is what you need. After doing much research I discovered a simple solution to getting out all the metals from food additives, microwaving foods, cell phone use, etc. and it is all in this one supplement...NAC. This was a good deal and so I purchased it. Most important, take this supplement alone without other supplements. I take it around 2 pm, works well. It has no taste to me, and I do not mix it with anything just follow with water. I am assuming it dissolves easily. I should be a well, mean, and clean machine soon. :)

Never heard of this before or anyone ever talk about it in person, on TV, nothing, and what a shame because I believe this is a miracle for me. I am obese, and have asthma. I ended up in the emergency walk in clinic because of low Oxygen and just feeling like I was dying. My o2 level below 90 (no insurance, so no hospital). Reading on the backside of the paperwork they discharged me with, I see recommendations of a probiotic and a NAC supplement taken 2x a day. I had to look NAC up online to see what this is all about. It mentions EVERYTHING wrong with me chronically, and almost a "too good to be true" wonderdrug. I put my order in, carefully considering what others said about the smell, and decided to go with this brand, and so glad I did. No smell to speak of, easy swallow, and feeling the results in just a few days in my lungs. It seems to work on a whole variety of things that need fixing in my body, and who knew it's been around 30 years?? Why hasn't this been discussed elsewhere or other practitioners talking about this? Low cost inexpensive and works probably why.For me, this has been a life changer. My o2 was at +/-90 a few days ago, and now up to a 93/94 after a few days and hope to get it up to a 98 very soon. I was never into supplements or taking lots of meds, but will keep this one up. I ordered a device to also help lung capacity, so excited to get that in and see if I can change my life around. This one new discovery is my game changer and the boost I need to breathe better again without breaking the bank and no side effects for me.May 21-25Update...I cut back on the NAC because I am feeling better and it seems to work a little strong for me. My oxygen is 95-97 consistently now, which is probably my new normal. I found taking even 1 a day was drying me out too much, dry cough, dry throat, sort of a diuretic, getting up more than I like at night to #1, especially if I took at bedtime. I am using 1 pill about 2-3x a week now, mid day and seems better. I am glad I have this though when I get sick with another dreaded upper respiratory, start taking these right away.

An acquaintance suggested I add these supplements to my daily dosage because of some digestive issues. I took about a half of the bottle and ended up purchasing another supplement that had similar ingredients. There was nothing wrong with these, I just switched my supplements. I had no adverse side affects. Since I didn't take all of them I couldn't give it 5 stars.
