I ordered this beard balm from Gillette because I already own their beard wash and oil and needed something that can moisture my beard even more. This beard balm does an excellent job with making my beard soft and looking healthy. I use a facial cream spatula stick instead of my finger to avoid getting the balm contaminated in its container. The balm applies really well on my beard and tames the stray hairs. The smell of this balm is subtle and smells masculine, but not in a strong musky way. The texture of the balm feels like lightweight lotion and feels silky smooth when applied.Overall, this is a great product if you're looking to further moisture your beard or mustache. It keeps the stray hairs at bay and keeps your facial hair looking healthy. Works and smells great

First time trying King C. Gillette products. I've used plenty of oils and balms in the past, however, I've never tried a balm of this consistency. It works great, smells great, leaves my beard feeling soft. I've been using King C. thickener and shampoo as well and I've seen a noticeable improvement in overall beard health.Keep in mind - when you receive this balm, it may look like a scoop has already been taken out of the can. You'll see other reviews saying this. This is due to the product moving around during shipping. Place the can on a flat surface right side up and it will go back to normal pretty quickly.

Smells so nice and seems to keep my guys beard nice and soft.

I’ve ordered this a bunch of times and love it. I’ve always had an issue with dry skin under my facial hair. This stuff stops that from happening and smells amazing. My wife can not stop smelling me after i shower. Highly recommend.

The product works like a beard balm, and does make your beard soft. It seems to "dry" pretty fast, but the smell is a problem. Unlike their beard oil, which smells nice, this has a strong, chemical "hair product" smell. On top of that, the stuff seems to be stripping the paint off of the outside of the metal container, so I don't know how to feel about that, but it's not great. All in all, it does what it's advertised, but the smell can't be overlooked.

I actually like this stuff. It's easy to use, smells good, and makes my beard more manageable. I don't know how much it actually softens my beard, but it does keep it looking better.
