ENTJ: Understanding & Relating with the Leader (MBTI Personality Types Books) Paperback – April 12, 2015

WOW! What a very very thought provoking book. I love how the author shows us throughout his book why we as humanity behave in the ways that we do on a daily basis. I also enjoyed when he broke down some of the most prevalent personality types that exist throughout society and how we can relate with the personalities. It’s very evident throughout this book that the author is passionate about psychology and that he has really done his research and has put a lot of thought into this book. It was a GREAT read and you CANNOT go wrong with this book.

Succinct and useful book. Plenty of great examples where I recognized myself in various situations, whether at work, off duty, or somewhere between.

Understanding others is key to getting what you want in life. LOL. Seriously, if you are having a hard time with a different personality type, learn about the way he/she thinks. Knowledge is POWER!

Overall good info. I wish it was a bit more specific. Nice overview tho.

This book is so poorly written. The author even switches personality types at one point and continues for a whole chapter. There was obviously no editor. The Meyers-Briggs personality types are amazing and helpful in everyday life, but this book is not. I would try any of the others before this one!
